Install on Windows

Windows builds in this release. This release has no published Windows build yet. You can build Lumetrope from source (https://github.com/thisisprabhat/lumetrope/blob/main/BUILD.md) or use the web app. The requirements below apply to a build you make yourself.

Run the NSIS setup (.exe) or the .msi on Windows 10 or 11, when the table above lists them. The .msi is x64 only; ARM64 has the .exe only.

What if SmartScreen warns me?

Unsigned builds show "Windows protected your PC" because the publisher is unknown. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

Do I need anything else?

Lumetrope uses the WebView2 runtime. It is preinstalled on Windows 11 and current Windows 10, and the installer downloads it if missing.

Where is the MCP server?

%APPDATA%\com.waygosquad.lumetrope\mcp\lumetrope-mcp.mjs. See Connect AI agents with MCP.
